The heart of The Cordwainer's design are biophilic elements, including meticulously crafted indoor and outdoor sensory gardens that foster peace and a deep connection to nature.
The artwork program artwork was curated to evoke memories, guide wayfinding, and engage the senses. Ranging from nostalgic scenes to tactile commissions, these pieces are more than just decorations; they act as bridges to the outside world and cherished moments from the past.
